BOARD MEMBER CANDIDATE INFORMATION:

Primary Responsibility:  Support the OC Theatre Guild mission, represent the membership, and collaborate with Board Council.

​

Terms: Elected Board Members will serve for a term of two years.

​

Eligibility: For a candidate to be endorsed, at least 80% of the membership must vote. The four nominees with the highest number of votes will be elected.

VOTING PROCESS:

• You must cast your vote for this year's election by October 12, 2025.

• You may only submit one ballot per membership. (Additional ballots will be discarded)

• Validating ballots is based on a two step process:*

  • 1) Submit the form below using the email address on file for your membership.

  • 2) Receive an email record of your ballot. If you receive an email record that you did not submit, contact us immediately. 

• All ballots will only ever be seen by the Board Council.

• We will announce the results of the election before the end of the year.
