BOARD MEMBER CANDIDATE INFORMATION:

​​Election Validity: For this election to be valid, at least two-thirds of all OCTG members must cast a ballot. Your participation is essential to meeting this requirement. The nominees who receive the highest number of votes, based on the number of open Board seats, will be elected.

The primary responsibility of an elected Board Member is to support the OC Theatre Guild mission, represent the membership and collaborate with Board Council. Elected Board Members serve a two-year term.

There are three open Board seats in this year's election:​

VOTING PROCESS:

• You must cast your vote in this year's election by October 18, 2026.

• Click on the ballot below that corresponds to your membership type.

• You may submit only one ballot per membership. (Additional ballots will be discarded)

• Ballots will be validated through a two-step process:*

  • 1) Submit the form below using the email address on file for your membership.

  • 2) You will receive an email record of your ballot. If you receive an email record for a ballot you did not submit, contact us immediately. 

• All ballots will only be seen by the Board Council.

• We will announce the election results before the end of the year.
