It’s officially 2026, and if one of your New Year’s resolutions is to support your local community, soak up some artistic culture, or simply get out and experience something live and meaningful, we have you covered. Our OCTG member organizations are ringing in the new year with an exciting lineup of January productions, and we’re thrilled to share an inside look at what’s coming to OC stages.
From bold storytelling and thought-provoking drama to music-filled performances and imaginative new works, January sets the tone for a vibrant year ahead in local theatre. Whether you’re a longtime supporter or making a resolution to see more live performances this year, there’s no better way to start 2026 than by celebrating the creativity happening right here in our own community.

About this post, and how to participate:
A new Program Insert is posted by the first Monday of each month.
Participating organizations must print and include the most current Program Insert inside their selected show programs
All organizations are limited to promoting a maximum of two of their shows that have performances during the current month. It is to their discretion which shows are included in the insert.
If an organization does not have a show running during the current month, then they may promote one upcoming show.
Producers must understand that failure to include Program Inserts in their selected show programs may disqualify their organization from participating in the future.
Participating organizations must be a current OC Theatre Guild Organizational Member in good standing.
