A new Program Insert is posted by the first Monday of each month.
Participating members agree to the following:
Print and include the most current Program Insert inside their selected show programs
Selected shows are productions that have been promoted using the Program Inserts
Limited to promoting a maximum of two of their shows that have performances during the current month.
If they do not have a show running during the current month, then they may promote one upcoming show.
They understand that failure to include Program Inserts in their selected show programs may disqualify their organization from participating in the future.
They must be a current OC Theatre Guild Organizational Member in good standing.
